Treat it like an RV holding tank and it will not smell. Taat means adding the toilet chemicals.

TruckShower (dot) com sells a portable shower for truckers.
They have been out of stock every time I have checked.
If you build one, please post pictures and a do-it-yourself guide.
    Good luck

I own a motorhome, so here' my 2 cents. Get a water heater made for a motorhome. They have additional tubing inside that the engines coolant runs through. This will heat the water as you drive. A hot shower awaits you as soon as you park. This way you won't need to add propane tanks to heat the water. RV heater tanks use engine coolant, propane, or 120 volts to heat the water. If you want to shower first thing in the morning you will have to idle long enough to heat the engine, use propane, or plug it in somewhere. Good luck with that last option. My water heater tank takes 20 minutes to heat up using propane.

You will conserve your fresh water by taking sea showers. After all you only have 6 gallons of hot water and it gets colder the more you use out of it. This is because you are adding cold water to replace the hot water used from the heater tank.

Be careful with this one. Many states frown upon dumping grey water, especially in a storm drain on the side of the road. But maybe dumped in a truck stop, it might clean the pavement a little.
