How are you gonna deal with the pre mixed meal delivery when you’re not home to accept them ?

Unless you get a dedicated run , your hometime will be a bit unpredictable .

I can pick them up from the store. The stores are not too far away.

You're right to plan. Especially when it comes to meals. I used to carry one of those Coleman propane camping grills with me too. I'd hit the grocery store and get plenty of steaks, chicken breast, pork chops etc etc and cook right on my deck or catwalk. Now I do it all at home but if you don't have a system you'll be forced to eat like a slave.

    I agree with planning

Maybe some of it is the cart before the horse but what’s the harm in asking on an open forum?

If it’s a pain to reply then don’t
I have yet to see anyone in any forum take all advice or give 100% great advice

It’s a give and take and use what works

How many guys are stuck on the hill or roadside because they didn’t plan?

    A lot!!

I know meals aren’t quite the same but it’s a good habit to ask questions before it’s a problem

I used to hit a grocery store and get cereal and milk for breakfast, for breakfast sometimes I also ate an
English muffin with peanut butter and a sliced banana on it. That’s a easy cheap
Snack that will stick with you for hours.

I also got lunch meats and cheese
Or got a rotisserie chicken and picked all
The meat off and put it in sandwich bags.
Along with potato salad , potato chips , carrots and some sodas etc

My $400 koolatron was jammed full.
Yes the 12 volt coolers cost $350-400 when they first came out. That would be like $1000 today.

I usually had my Eskimo dog with
Me , so I got plenty of exercise, park on the back row, take the dog for a run.

I used to drink a lot of soda. Bread. Beer etc
The past few years I pretty much got rid of soda
    Bread once in awhile
Beer.... working on that but do less x per week and more diet beer
    Milk. Switched to almond milk
    And I started buying Vade
Look it up. I do 1-2 meals of that. With cold water it’s not bad. With almond mild it taste more like a chocolate malt
    All vegan ingredients

I’m not vegan but I no longer crave junk. Still will have that come and some chips but I’ve lost 20-30lbs and really didn’t change much
