I'm looking into buying a few vacuum trailers to lease out as a sort of side gig. I'm wondering what your opinions are on the most effective and versatile water hauling setups?

    1) If you were an owner/operator or service company looking for a trailer to rent, would you want the trailer to have a pump mounted and ready to go? Would it ideally be driven by a PTO/wet kit or would you rather it have a standalone motor?

    2) Any preference on pump make/model? (Fruitland, Challenger, etc.)

    3) Lastly, since you all know more about the business than me, do you think there is demand for leasing Vac Trailers?

Huge thanks for any advice. Figured you guys would know best.
