Questions for C.R. England drivers.

Looking at climbing back behind the wheel of a truck, and no surprise here but recruiters get paid to lie. So i bring these questions to drivers who have worked for cr england.

1.) how many miles a week do teams average?
2.) how does they pay work for teams? what portion goes to pilot and
what goes to co-pilot?
3.) female otr trainers and female phase 2 trainers?
how often do they actually get female students with said female
trainers.
4.) my co-driver has 6-7 yrs of experience most of which is otr, how will
he be treated?
5.) is dispatch (dm i think) as hard to get ahold of for a driver as it is
for someone like me to ask them these questions
6.) do they truly get you home every three weeks or do you have to fight
hard to get home?
7.) how often do you sit waiting on a load, and do the send you all over
kingdom come to get an mt?
8.) are they more likely to send you into nyc and chicago or keep you
out?
9.) how often do you cross into canada?


that's all i can think of right now, the reason i'm considering england is because they still have in house training once i put my time in with them will be looking for something in flatbed. i know some ppl think they are a joke, but i live in wv and i won't drive for swift jb or schneider, i follow too many of them, they have no respect around here unless they are from my neck of the woods. if anyone has any other suggestions about company's that still train feel free to let me know so i can look into them.
