Ok as some one that it seems every one disagrees with (dark sarcasm), I am going to offer a couple suggestions.
First I would not buy a volvo with a light axle.
Second you should have a few more trucks in the list. There are thousands of trucks looking for owners,
Third and more importantly, do your due diligence ... dyno and blowby, ecm dump (complete one), fluid analysis and an independent mechanic to go from front to back.
Fourth as I tell others off line, don't budget with discounts. If you are going to make this work, assume the price at the pump is your actual fuel costs and if you can make the numbers work on paper, then more likely than not you will see it as an advantage with the discounts.
Questions for my first truck (Volvo)

Volvo with D13 Volvo engine is a good truck to run from brand new to about 800k miles, besides injector cups, there are not many problems. After 800k all kinds of crap start happening (ishift, bull gear, turbo, whatever else)
If it has Cummins Isx engine, then problems start right after the warranty ends at 250k. Multiple after treatment problems, oil leaks, turbo, fuel pumps or just complete engine failures at 400-600k. -
The little old d13 is not as bad every makes them out to be, I’d buy the OTR performance reset and forced regen tool, I use it regularly, doesn’t eliminate DPF issues, but certainly can get you out of trouble in a pinch.
Common issues a part from injectors are leaking oil cooler water seals, typical egr cooler leaks, radiator top tanks letting go, and a few random electrical gremlins, I have a fair few of these trucks and we work them super hard everyday, and to be honest they take the punishment very well.
Just be mindful the value of these trucks have come way back, I wouldn’t be paying more than mid 20’s for a 2014 VNL 630-780 with 500k on it.SoDel and Socal Xpress Thank this. -

I stand corrected, looks like Nasriza can work on it.
However, it's not a common thing what shops do. Usually everyone just tells you to replace itdaf105paccar and KB3MMX Thank this. -
