Questions for Swift drivers/ training home time and gender req. for mentor?

If you are training at academy, you will get some hometime after orientation. While waiting for Mentor. Cant tell you how long you will wait for female Mentor. I'm a guy and had female Mentor,but she don't train female students anymore.

 

It really depends upon the schedule, when your class is. If your class ends right before orientation then you'll go straight to orientation with no home time.. And some people get their mentor the last day of orientation while others wait at home. It depends upon the availability of mentors, their schedules, where they're at on a run etc.

You will find there is a shortage of female mentors so you'll most likely have to wait a bit. There's no way anyone can tell you how long until they try and place you with one during orientation.
