Hey Folks: I am 99% sure that I'll be starting at Southwest Truck Driver Training in Phoenix in a few weeks.... Pretty excited and lots of questions.... At their suggestion, I plan to get my CDL permit on my own (saving almost 20% of their tuition), and using their program to get my license and lots of hands-on. Does this make sense???
They seem really heads-up, and I haven't found many, if any, negatives on them. They seem to shovel on whatever people want to hear, though, as they are trying to assure me that regional or dedicated fresh out of school is quite possible..... Is this for real, or am I just jaded and pessimistic?
Well, back to my studies! Any responses are appreciated.... Be safe.
Questions on my new career!
