    ???????

Whatever state you order the plates in will be the state the registration is from

They go together like peanut butter and jelly

If you purchase the plates yes there is a POA required allowing said company to purchase plates for said o/o in the state YOU purchase your plates from. You operating in LA cant go purchase plates in OK

I had the option to get my own base plates. I didn't, but if you ever lease onto another carrier, or start your own authority, you will have one less thing to deal with.

No he can do it in his state in his name ..... some states require a copy of the lease as you will be the MC responsible for safety.....no POA is required.....if he already has plates it's nothing to worry about until renewal then he can change the MC responsible for safety.....if he doesn't ha e plates or any money to obtain them then plate them in LA....because if you send him the money and he quits in 30 days the plates are still in his name

Their name is the registrant owner. Everyone with a lienholder has a memorandum title for registration purposes only
