Most trucking jobs pay you by the miles. The more miles you drive, the more money you make. It's not unlimited, you can only work or drive 70 hours a week. That's why I said you can probably drive 120,000 miles a year or 10,000 miles a month.

You don't pay for the diesel, they do. You sleep in your truck. Parking is free generally but if you really need a spot. Lots of truck stop now have reserved parking. I just paid $17 for a spot but my company will reimburse me for the parking. Some companies do and some won't. You get free showers at truck stop with a 50 gallon fuel purchase, they the trucking company pays for. They basically give you a credit card and you swipe it at the diesel pumps.

If you have to make 50-60k from the start you should look in food service trucking job. They pay that but it hard work. You have hand unload the trailer at restaurant. You can run team drivers but that hard also. The truck will roll about 1,200 miles a day and you sleep while your Codriver is driving 500-600 miles. Then to take over and keep going
