Didn't mean to imply anybody should ask ALL of these questions!!! In fact, most of these questions can be answered by doing a little research on the companies web pages and The Trucker's Report! I probably should have labeled the post something along the lines of, "Questions To Consider Before Applying To A Company".
I really screwed up when I took my most recent job. I was naive and assumed all companies were fair, honest, paid a living wage, and had their employees best interest at heart (my previous employer was all of these things, but I couldn't handle teaming anymore...). And so, when my most recent job said they paid 20% of load, I though "great"! The pay would be comparable my previous employer who also paid 20% of load! Well, there's a big difference between 20% of a $2,000 load, and 20% of a $200 load! But, I didn't know to ask what the loads paid! I was very naive!
I began compiling the list as I read through the threads... to keep track of things I should consider before I apply to a company. Well, the list kept growing, and growing... and so I thought I would post it and hopefully save somebody the time of trying to figure it out themselves (or, at least save them from making a stupid mistake like I did)!
I've been driving five years, but I'm still a newbie in many respects. This is my newbie contribution to the clearing house of information on The Trucker's Report!

Great questions; some very important during interview and a few for after an offer has been made. Asking good questions demonstrates to the interviewer how high your interest really is and that your engaged.
Aireal Thanks this.
