I have an F250 and was thinking of adding a gooseneck adapter and leasing a 25ft trailer. However I do not know where, or perhaps , who I should talk to about loads.

Also would I be required to get a DOT# of my own?
it gross at or under 25950lbs

    I understand I would be limited to loads 8.5 x 24 and about 9klbs.
I see a lot of goosenecks with loads that are small.

    Thanks

theres plenty of local companies that you can lease on to.
Driving around houston I see a ton of signs, I would also ask the guys at the truck stop you see doing the kind of work you want to do.

I'm guessing a little here, but try Farm2Fleet and OOIDA. Check those 2 websites.
