I think I may have told you before but I was with them for eight years. I only left there to retire after 42 years of driving. One of the best I ever worked for and I only have worked for five, I retired in 2006 so a lot of things have changed in the trucking world since I retired.

Ive had a few companies ask why I am going. That does not happen too often when combined with what can we do to keep you. Most of the time when something goes bad you are disposed of.

 

@UturnGirl change is something most people are afraid of. In that case you have to dive in head first and figure things out later. Risk takers have the biggest rewards as well as the biggest failures.


I don’t know your situation and can’t comment on that, but if it was up to me I would have been long gone by now.
