If I got a no insurance ticket and a no drivers license ticket almost a year ago would that disqualify me from getting my CDL? or getting hired into a company?

No, you're hirable. Some schools may want you to get pre-hire letters from trucking companies before allowing you to enroll. Pre-hire letters are easy to get.

Won't stop you from getting a cdl. But will most likely stop you from getting a GOOD job

In the long run I doubt these tickets will cause you much trouble. The older the better too. The carriers are more interested in moving violations and things like excessive speed, reckless driving and driving drunk. I don't see any company worrying about a no insurance ticket if its got some age on it. The no drivers license ticket will depend on why you had no license. Your not really providing enough information to fully assess this.

The problem is that they are recent and show irresponsibility, it will close some doors

Agreed, but I doubt any doors are closed that would not already be closed with the lack of experience. It would scare you to see what some of these starter companies are allowing to drive their trucks. They need warm bodies very bad.

Mr @Matt Johnson , make your job a good job. Someone gives you a job offer, you give them good work. Even if they aren't so good. Whenever you play, bring your A game. You don't wait until the team has the chance of winning the championship to bring out your A Game.

    Luck in battle.

Wouldn't worry to much about it. But be sure to report it on all your apps you fill out. Some companies will send you home for failure to report violations.

    Good luck
