Ok so I quit Western Express Monday and I'm digging around and Arnold so far has told me I could start with them Monday. After talking with several companies there paying a little more than the others. My question is does anyone know if it will be a anything like western? If it's anything close I'll just sit at home. Like what kinda miles, equipment, dispatchers? I ran 47000 miles with western in 4 months are those miles possible with Arnold?

So you ran 2,936 miles per week with western express. Why did you quit? I'm guessing the cents per mile was low?

Do your due diligence my friend on this outfit. I've read negative inputs on Arnold. They offered me a job, but I'm a tanker guy. So I politely declined their offer.
There should be some posts on here about Arnold. Don't just jump in.
    Good luck.

There so called floating pay scale was from .26 to .75 I only seen .34 a hand full of times the rest was .26... And ya got treated like crap daily... Plus the pay checks were never right. They had me running past my 11 daily. I got a lot to post about them. But going to wait for my final check.

I've read a lot on Arnold and the complaint s was nothing like westerns. A lot of older posts I know a lot can change with a company in just a few months.

Come over to J&R Schugel. You can read my posts on the company. Pay starts at .36 empty dead head and loaded. 2,500-3,200 a week. I was with Werner before them and sounds like western is no different. Not sure where your from. So I don't know of they would hire you. They're paying us 1,000 dollar to recruit guys, just shows you how much freight they have. About 655 trucks in the fleet PMs every 6-7 thousand miles 2012 or newer trucks with APU t660 cascadia a and t680. I don't want the incentitive. Just trying to help a guy out. My girst year of driving I'm looking to clear 40-48k. Google them and give them a call if you're in the hiring lanes. You won't be disappointed. Good luck

Most Mega companies are horrible I've found out. I'm with Western and am pulling in $500 a week average after taxes. Talk about feeling like a slave. I'd wait until you get six months to a year and go with someone who pays enough to make you feel proud of your job, someone who cares enough about their employees to pay a living wage, someone who provides free subscription to Playboy.
