I decided to go back local and get off the road. If I give 1 week notice will that risk putting something on my dac? Been 100 percent on time and zero accidents with this company

what company?
-
Depends on the company. If its a MEGA they will most likely just route you back to a terminal and tell you to clean out your truck. Less chance of an abandonment in there eyes.
If its a smaller company you should be fine. Run the last week, just make sure they don't send you in the opposite direction of a terminal.
So to answer, generally speaking no you shouldn't have anything on your DAC because you chose to amicably leave a company.

no ive op and quit 3 trucking jobs never have i recieved a bad report

If it's a good company you should be fine, if they are scumbags not so much.
-
Make sure you have something lined out before you quit. Things are pretty slow out there.
-
Why are you quitting
-
It's prime, I asked to be routed to the terminal, my fm asked if I was going to give a 2 weeks notice, the way he made it sound was like he was going to screw me if I didn't.
