Ok, i'm wanting to quit Star Transport out of Morton Il. I have two other companies willing to bring me in.

Swift and Werner, who should I go with, and how will this affect my dac report. start transport is horrible, can never give me answers or anything, and they have NO MILES.....

Which company should i go with, Werner or Swift and how will this affect my personal DAC?

As long as you don't quit under dispatch, there should not be any effect on your DAC. How much time to you have under your belt? If you have more than three months and a good driving record, I would recommend someone like Celadon over Swift or Werner. My hubby drove for Werner, and neither of us were impressed with the way they treat their drivers. He drives for Celadon now, and we are pretty happy with everything we've seen from them so far. He's been there since March of this year.

It's hard to say whether Swift or Werner would be the better bet for you then. Which one fits your needs the best as far as location of terminal, miles, pay, etc? I don't really care for either based on personal experience (mine with Swift, hubby's with Werner). Swift may be the better option for the simple fact that I know that with Werner, the trainers get first dibs on the miles, then the teams, then everyone else.
