Let me rephrase that bit about being a number on a board. I won't be disrespected in other words. I have been patient enough with them for three months. If they haven't figured out my routine by now, they never will. I have a set routine I will not deviate from. Sitting too long and not moving isn't good for me. It's not the money I'm talking about either. Sitting around twiddling my thumbs because someone else ain't doing their job screws my head up. For me, I have to be doing something all the time. Even if it's just bobtailing or dead heading. I apologise if I was too strong on that. And on that note of trucking not being for me, if this ain't for me, then nothing is. I enjoy driving a truck. I enjoy the bad traffic jams. I enjoy watching the idiots do their thing because I know they will get their due one day. Driving a truck is a challenge for me. And I like challenges. The only thing I wont deal with is people who don't do their job, which makes me not be able to do mine.

Dude, you have no experience....this is gonna happen at any company you go to. It's a ####ing horrible time to start driving a truck. Just because a recruiter said they will put it in writing...what does that mean? Nothing....it means absolutely nothing...you have your mind made up so bail on this job and we will see you when you come back crying in three months because the recruiter didn't honor what he put on paper.
