qustion on cdl

    my son has his cdl he failed a drug test 3ys ago.he wants to drive a truck again.how can he find out if they put it agent him.

    get a copy of his DAC report.

    they did, trust me. even if it's not on a dac report I do believe failing a dot drug screen is required to be reported to the dot. not positive though

    You didn't give enough info for me to provide you with the "correct" answer.

    So I will provide you with a blanket answer.

    IF he failed the drug test while working for a trucking company. Yup, they will find out. And he will have problems.

    IF he failed a drug test while working in another line of work. It hasn't been reported to anyone.

    ask him if he was contacted by an MRO and if the company uses USIS for reports. If so he was supposed to complete a SAP,(substance abuse program) to beable to drive again if you can find a company that will use you. good luck
