    It’s a common theme in this business. The drivers that work get rewarded with more work because it’s expected that they will get it done, and mass hysteria will ensue if they don’t. The screwups on the other hand can do whatever they feel like doing, or not, and not a word will ever be said because that’s all that’s expected of them.

    Anything after 40 hours is straight time; if you are making $22.00 bucks an hour, you can work 50 or more hours in a week..... all for $22.00 bucks an hour period.
    Gotta keep making as much money as humanly possible for the one man at the top.
