A small company , they fused with Western Star Transportation a few years back . I had about 5 years with Western Star when they ran into difficulties and merged their remaining resources with R&R Trans . Looking back they were decent to me in the time I was there and the miles were also consistent at the time , what really stood out was they were very good when it came to maintaining their equipment.

If they paid more I would probably go back to them without hesitation.
Very down to earth people. and the dispatchers seemed to appreciate us drivers. Many many years of real world trucking experience in R&Rs people.

    Good Luck

    RyderontheStorm and 5speed Thank this.

Thank you. I called and talked to a recruiter. Said about 200 trucks now and base pay was .39cpm. I really couldn't find much info on them when I was looking around. I'm just looking at my options but so far I'm liking this one.

I left there because I found a place that
paid* more and it's a little closer to home.
( *48 cpm hub miles at the time )
If R&R ever became more competitive with drivers pay I would go back.

I currently work for R&R. And personally they are great in my opinion. I make 41cpm plus bonus which is VERY attainable. Here is a sample of my pay per week. 1,389.27, 1,684.47, 1,736.80. And the following is some new policies going into effect April 1st. Also let me say that I DO NOT SIT. If you want to RUN they will RUN you until you scream uncle.:D The Equipment is all good. They maintain it very well. I run a 2016 volvo 780. They do provide Directv also. APU's You can chose to run West East or both. They have a bunch of new Internationals And KWs in. Plus the Rumor of some New Volvo's coming soon. Anything else just PM me.

"There will be a 1 cent raise across the board on loads dispatched on or after April 1st.
Hazmat and Tanker pay will not be changing.
Bonuses will also be changing, there are now going to be 2 Types of bonuses.
1st bonus is what we are all familiar with is now going to be called a Performance bonus, which is mileage based as well.
the mileage is not changing it is still 17,000 miles to 19,999 that is still going to be 2 cents per mile.
There is going to be changes to the 20,000+ bonus the pay for that will now be 6 cents per mile."
