R/T Express

R/T Express out of Miami Florida has got to be the biggest scam artist known to man! I started out as a company driver and as always, you are in some old junky ##### truck that practically nothing works. Many times I have told them, I don't feel safe driving this truck...when u say that you basically stay home for 2 weeks until u play their game. Once I acquired my own truck is when the nightmare really begins. U R forced dispatched when u have no hours and when u do have them, the dispatcher deliberately gives u the load at 5:30pm just before he goes home and then u have to fly about 50 miles to the pick-up during mad rush hour traffic on a Friday...if u fail to get the load, u r stuck until Monday. As for payment? All goes in their pockets to pay for their toys. What I learn is you see what the owners and dispatches roll in. If U C hot rides like a Benz,BMW, Corvette, perhaps a hooked up Escallade and the driver owns crap cars, then the writing is on the wall. If u buy something nice while working there, they will do anything and everything for you to lose your ride. I have seen it happen. When I went to a better company, R/T Express did everything possible for me to lose my job. I had to hire a lawyer and place cease and decease letter on them just to stop the harassment. I believe in good carma, bad carma. U mess with me, CSA 20?? Will kick in and those bad companies will disappear.
