I guess, just because no one ever mentioned anything about getting an overweight permit for this load.

And now it's not my problem anymore, it's theirs.

I still have not heard anything about taking me off this load. Perhaps they are checking to see if it really is that heavy.
Or perhaps it was a typo and it is only 39,810.

My current load plan says weight 000000.......lets just average them out and we'll both have a decent load. :biggrin_2552:

I don't mind if it says 0. Most loads are not pushing the limit, or over.

But when they send me something they know I can't do legally it bothers me.

I had to ask what mine was. Due to a chingered rim, tire on a trailer being a preventable mine is 4. Another thing that will improve it is the public calling in about what safe and courteous drivers we are so a few of my friends and family are going to be calling about the nice Swifty in the Prostar...

I'd be careful about too many calls from too many people that are calling from an area that you are not at.

Idle time, turn down rate, on-time are not part of RA I don't think.

Overspeed, preventable accident, critical event (hard braking, rollover warning), inspections,
    moving violations, call-ins are.
    It's a 'how safe' score.
Different terminals may have different thresholds.
25 points, you are probably looking for another job.

    Mine is 0.
Got dinged by those 'official following guys'.
    Said following two close.
    OUTSIDE ATLANTA IN LIGHT TRAFFIC.
SPEED LIMIT 70, MEANS EVERYONE DOING 75-80.
    I'M GOVERNED AT 62.
    UMMM... HOW? WHATEVER

The point value range is far greater than that, sir. I have a -11 RA score and I've known of several folks with over 30 RA scores.

I actually have three call ins for safe driving. I had no idea of that happening until a couple of weeks ago.

    Yeeeesh.

For real. Especially if these people are in the same area. I hope this was a joke.

yes,I think most of the stuff you listed is part of RA score...and i know SWIFT and most other large trucking co. track alot...and I mean a lot! of data via the qcomm...I did a log class in Decatur....I was the only one there a few years ago...and the ibstructer pulled up my truck and showed me the last few hrs my truck was moving...how fast i was going, average speed, what gear and how long....and a lot of other stuff..that i forget now,and this was a couple years ago with the old qcomm....imagine what they can do now.....I know evrything that is on the qcomm they get and if need be they can drill down to the tiniest thing now...even which lane on the hiway you are on....u a doubter? security had me check on a hivalue load that another driver had,but wasnt responding to messages.....I couldnt find it,until security told me he was 4 parking spaces besides me...I didnt see it because it was a gray volvo...unmarked....except the trl...hmmmm wonder what that was all about?Got a 50.00$ home depot card for doing that too.....courtesy of..trailer security...
