It's about a worker, an employer, a trainer, while in uniform and representing HeartLand Express trucking, racially harracing a student...

That's actually a violation of the law...

This issue has nothing at all to do with 'personality clashing'...it has to do with violating federal work place law....

I would have to respectfully disagree. The trainer did not know the guy was partially african american. If he did, then it could be considered harrasment. Also, if the student had informed the trainer that he was half black after the trainer started making racist comments, it could be considered harrasment. People are forgetting that intent is 9/10ths of the law.
