Anyone have a recommendation for a replacement radiator for a KW W900 besides Detroit Radiator?
They are out of stock and can't even make any due to a backorder on top/bottom tank assemblies!

Check out General Radiator. I bought a charge air cooler from them a while back.... got a great deal with a 12year warranty. I have a little over 400k on the unit and no problems. I have had great luck with them. I have not bought a radiator from them yet but I would imagine they are off the same quality.

Ok.. I called them. What a cool salesman I spoke with (Jim).
In stock..$1295 plus shipping. They are in Chicago which is less than 2hrs away.
5yr warranty. Take to any repair shop, have them eval it and call General Radiator. That seems fair enough.

-KW wants $2250 for an OEM radiator
-Detroit wants $1150 for the 4row radiator but out of stock.

General claims that their radiator, while technically a 3-row unit, has many more rows per square inch than the competition.
    It was an interesting call.

A couple of guys on another forum said they can get a Duralite from Witchita for $800, and the other guy said he can get one from Detroit Radiators for $850 with a 10yr gaurantee.

I was talking about the actual Radiator...not the Charge-Air-Cooler though...

That's less than the shop I deal with here in Florida. They want 1540 shipped here.

I've used that radiator shop in Chicago for some Ford trucks. I haven't had one return for a radiator, yet.

Active Radiator out of Philadelphia, PA radiator is made in America. Just bought an extreme heavy duty 4 core complete radiator from these people for $1,350.00 plus freight. Ask for Art 800-783-4030 The description you give of the General Radiator that is really a 3 core but has more cooling surface area and is lthicker than stock 3 core is basically the kind of radiator I'm getting. Technically 3 cores but cools better than stock 3 core by 20% I think he said. They were recommended by Haney as a good radiator so that's what I got. I did not want Chinese junk.
