Radiator Leak, what's the best way to repair composite radiator?

    Maybe smear some JB weld in it other than that i would just replace it.

    There are some radiator repair shops that can replace just the composite or plastic tanks on your aluminum radiators $300-$500 dollars.

    Other than that, if your JB weld doesn’t work, I would try to rough the surface and try a poly-urethan. (The stuff they stick windows in with) that stuff sticks to everything and stays pliable.
