If for some reason you are without your radio or your receiver you can download the sirius app for free. There is even a free trial so you don't have to pay to listen to it. Also on the app is "On Demand". You can listen to all kinds of shows and concerts whenever you want.

im going to order a xm or sirus radio today. on amazon their like 25$-35$. not bad. the subscription is $14-15$ a month. overall not to bad. but does it work right away? and how does the subscription start to work? does it work right away? also whats the truckers channel and sports channels? or does the subscription explain it all to you? also when i subscribe will i be able to do it online right away or do i have to wait for something in the mail. besides the radio. because im getting it from amazon

Buy the radio now and don't subscribe untill you install it in the truck. Unless you are going to use it in your car for awhile or have a house docking station for it.

Sports recorded also, and with the remote, I can forward fast past commercials!
I also load up on raw dog comedy channel each day.
If you are in an area that has terrestrial progressive radio I recommend the Stephanie Miller show. Very funny political show.
