She is recovering from major surgery. Something like softball size growth removed from her abdomen.

My beef with her is her lack of effort. She only does headlines not real news. And she does most of her research DURING the show. Everyone else works 24/7 preparing for the show....

i agree never did get into the "liquid metal/faction stuff.Boneyard was good til Ozzy moved in(I like Ozzy as good as the next guy but don't want to him and his wife talk for 5 min. between songs). Now its all hair-nation and comedy

Agreed. No FM can't beat the sound of the cat under the hood. And if that gets boring my mind wanders off...do keep a cd in the truck though 80 minutes of chicken lights and chrome by jesse watson:smt102...Just in case my mind goes blank.

All the channels are on their website I linked for you. The radio makes no noise, you have to play it thru the truck radio. It transmits an FM channel, and your truck antenna picks it up.

They tried to get me to buy a $200 pqckage, I told them I had a friend who paid $50 and he came down to $80 something plus taxes and fees.

Mine is built into the truck but I'm sure they all work the same. When you turn it on it will give you the receiver number (or, since yours will be new, it will be in the paperwork), call their 888 number and tell them you want the $80/year package. They will keep trying to upsell you. Just keep saying no and when they give up, your radio will be active in 1-15 minutes.

You have to agree to autorenew but you will get an e-mail a month before so you can call them and keep your low price instead of automatically going to full price.

I own my own truck so can do what I want with it. I bought a Sony head unit with bluetooth and Sirius/XM ready. Installed the XM module and mounted a truck antenna directly into the passenger mirror. No wires or cable visible. I listen exclusively to Roaddog Radio XM 106. You can learn a lot from other drivers that call in and industry experts that guest on the channel.

That would drive me completely bonkers, having the same channel on day in and day out, 24/7 except when shut down.

Do you also keep it on when the repeats happen on weekends and off hours?

Sounds like tunnel vision, to the max.

When I had it, I listened to to College sports channel all day until it went to repeat. Then I turned to Shade 45
