So I have a little time to attend to some things, and one of those things is getting the power connector on the Cobra 29 repaired/replaced and getting the antennas compatible with different factory wired mirror mounts for the slip seating circus.
Any suggestions? I don't need kickers, talkbacks, echos.......just reliable send & receive. I also have a Radio Shack 40 channel walkie talkie that needs some improvements.

I'd like to stay closer to home so I could drop the equipment off. Ft. Cheswell & back would take up a good part of a day.

There used to be one off the interstate at Mebane, NC. Don' know if they are still there. I heard they got "visited", tho.

Best one I know is off exit 108 go hwy 62 turn right it on the right. You can bobtail in there but you dont want to take your trailer because there is not a lot of room and getting back out might be a beach. He normally dont work on it while you wait unless business is slow which i doubt you will have to drop it off but it worth it this guy has been in business sense I can remember over 30 years
