I just thought Id give ya'll a update....
This is now my 4th day sitting, waiting for a load. its Saturday, well; Sunday morning. At least they told me to go get a motel room and call them on Monday. That will be 5 days in a row. Yes, count them. 5 days layover! Add that up and in the past two weeks (14 days) it will be....."Drum roll please"......A grand total of 8 days!! Ta-Da!!!
To give them a little credit 1 of those days was not there fault, it was the receiver.
Hey, but that is still 8 days. There is NO home time for me in the near future. With weeks like this I my never see home again. I'm glad I carry a picture of my Family in my wallet (That's about all I carry, I aint making no cash) So I wont forget what they look like. But it will be weird when I do finely make it home and my Daughter says to my wife...."Mommy,...Who is that strange Man watching our TV?"

Raider is not honest with drivers and stole my money I earned. And I know they push illegal runs. I know it for sure and have an acquaintence with a DPS trooper and he is helping me out on going through the process of reporting all I know. I would suggest anyone looking to work there to read some of what is on this site about Raider before entering into employment with them.

..yes I read ur other post about Raider, almost sounds like an entirely different company than the one TX Mike has been posting on, & speaking of TX Mike what happened to him; it's been over a year now since his last post, he seemed to be doing just great there then all of a sudden no more news, maybe they tore up one of his checks!?
Hope he's ok, just hate it when drivers start a thread & just disappear without any explanation, we're left in the dark as to what happened; quit, fired, injured (omg hope not!) .. what's the rest of the story on TX Mike, anyone out there know? .. :biggrin_2556:

Well I'll be honest Drive-a-Mack, I've been working and haven't really been to these forums and posted.

I got bored for a while and focused on making money ... lol. Though I'll try and visit a bit more often.

I prefer it when I run like hell and can't turn on the laptop :)
