That's very true ...... but what defines a 'hot shot' these days ? I used to think of hot shots as 6 or 10 wheelers with a deck or a box, and with bunks. But they were still Freightliners or 'Binders' etc. Does an F450 cube van count as a hot shot these days ? Are Dually's hauling 3 car wedges considered 'car haul hot shots' now ? See what I mean Swampy ?

I've got NOTHING against these guys asking questions - we all started somewhere - but I get the distinct impression that 99% of the time we're not telling them what they want to hear ..........

BTW - spring started there yet ? I've got another 12" of snow coming tomorrow !!!!!! My door yard is now piled 2.5 stories high !!

I read somewhere that Canada was not going to have a spring or summer this year, just 12 months of winter!!!

Whats wrong with getting a motel every night? I understand you have to probably book in advance vs. just stopping in a rest area/truck stop. But if you idle for 10 hrs. thats about $20-25 in diesel plus can save $5 on breakfast. So if you add another $20-25 to get a room so you don't have to live like an animal.

How long have you been at this???? Hmmm???? Where in all hell are you getting a Motel room for $25 bucks???? If you can even find a room for that price, it will cost you more in doctor bills to get rid of all the schlopsies you'll pick up from staying in a transient shelter.

You know what? You have it all worked out...GO FOR IT!!!!
