Have you mentioned to your company about loosing GPS? It has a tri-mode antenna.
PM me your ID or serial # off the unit and I can have RM look at the records of the unit.
Thanks,

Mark, any idea of the parasitic amp draw while the unit is turned off.... ?
P.S. It's cold outside..... And I'm taking a week or two off..... -
Apparently Rand-Mcnally doesn't have a program written for the new /old reset rule (that just came into effect)..........
This is what I'm being told ....
"Maybe 30 days."
Unbelievable .......
update.... Rand McNally sucks !
Hard to get correct info from them... LoLLast edited: Dec 18, 2014

No support from rand McNally they can't deal with the change in reset rules .... Don't really expect any till well after the new year.....

TND 760 will NOT work with 2017 Model year vehicles. in 2017 Most Manufacturers moved to a 500K ODB connector from a 250K. The Rand 760 will not work and they have no plans to support the new OBD type 2 connector. so if you plan on getting one of these consider the tractor you may be driving in a few years.
I have 4 of them I bought in the last year and now they are paper weights since I moved my drivers to 2017 Cascadia's. Oh and the new type 2 OBD was mandated in 2011 , so you would think someone there should have known that.....Their advertising doesn't state that
