I bought the tablet gps, and started to have problems with the touch screen function , and many malfunction, then they sent a a repair label, after shipping to them, all I got is the device lost in shipping, each time I called , only got lies, they said they will investigate and get back, but never did, I wait for months, still been told waiting.

My GPS stopped working. It took them forever to fix it and send it back.

Ok...look guys...and gals, you all make me laugh when it comes to your GPS systems. Can any of you tell me how long this GPS technology has been around?
Ok...so do you think we weren't hauling freight prior to gps...cell phones...etc? News flash...we were...and doing it ever well. So...you ask how did you know how get where you had to go? Ok...I'll tell ya secret...this guy's named Rand & McNally started making road maps for REAL truckers...and no you know something else? They have NEVER malfunctioned. Not one time have I had to send an atlas back to them for repairs.
So...it's a secret...don't tell anyone...but you can buy one for about 10 bucks at a truckstop.
Ooooooooh...hmmmm....so you CAN'T READ a map...hmmm...it's see. Well... in that case...it's advise you learn.
Another news flash. This technology you young folks rely on isn't going be around forever...yeap...someone will shoot those satellites down or whatever just to put this country in more terror...well...it's don't scare real easy...and I've known how to read a map (atlas) for close to 50yrs now...so what's left of us ol hands out here... (That you young people don't care to much for...will be the only ones who can deliver you food to ya...
Point is...learn what you're doing...or don't try doing it. Please!

If the Device was lost in shipping there should've been a tracking number and it should've been Insured for its full value.

I would file a claim with the Carrier and let them investigate.

I've never had to send my copilot in for repairs.

It's also a rare occasion to use my atlas. It's useless in the cities. And don't speak Spanish. And requires extra time.

Technology. Either embrace it. Or don't. But don't be harping on those that love and use it. It makes the much more efficient.

Sure. The old way worked. But how much extra time was spent????? Looking for pay phones. Packing tons of dimes. Calling for directions or dispatch
Trying to find your way out. Not knowing what's enroute for stopping for the night. Constantly looking at maps because you had no clue where you were and didn't want to get lost.
