    Once it is in the hands of the shipping company RM has no control over the shipping company.

    RM has contacted UPS and the latest notes are they are awaiting a response from UPS. Please give them a week or two to hear back from UPS.

    Then why RM refused to renew the ticket?
    I don't even know if the device is on the way back lost or when shipped to RM. I never get a straight story what is going on.
    Please provide the shipping number so I can track the shippment if lost shipping back to me.

    Renew the ticket? The ticket is still open.

    It was in transit with UPS when it did not arrive.

    As mentioned above, the shipper (RM) will be the point of contact with UPS for updates.

    I also mentioned it will take a few weeks for UPS to track the package and get the information back to RM. Please contact RM in two weeks.

    Where is the shipping #? How many weeks you need to get the # with which the shippment was lost?

    Tell me something new! Those GPS-es and tablets are made to break! I use co-pilot truck on my phone and it is not as good as mc-nally for routing and finding points of interests but they sell software not crappy hardware! I killed 3 mcnally gps-es when I decided to stop buying them! If they would sell only the application I would be ready to pay the high price but NEVER EVER EVER will I buy hardware from them!

    This has nothing to do with the OP's Post.

    Since you are not a new member, why have you not ever posted in the support thread when you had an issue, but post later when you no longer have the units?

    Even with the tracking number UPS will be the point of contact for you in this. Are you going to call UPS and try to find the info yourself? RM is the point of contact.

    RM shipped it, RM is the point of contact.

    Call RM Support in a week or two if you have not heard from RM by then.

    UPS is in the process of tracking the product. Things do get lost once in awhile.

    No need to keep posting on this issue. I do not have the tracking number.

    Posting over and over is not going to speed up the process of UPS tracking the product.

    So in short.

    RM customer support had nothing to do with the product being lost/unknown in the shipping process.

    RM customer support has this item open under the RMA ticket.

    RM is the point of contact for UPS.

    RM customer support does have active notes in contacting UPS.

    UPS does have in process the operation of finding the product.

    I guess you are working for mcnally! here is my answer! Here is my answer!

    Because I was not a member when I gave up your hardware! I think that you guys have a great software and you could make as much if not even more money selling just the software! Every truck driver has a phone today worth several hundred dollars so none needs another big screen in the windshield! But if you prefer selling crap!

    Just an example! the tablet you are selling is android based I guess! so Why SHOULD I BUY A TABLET FROM YOU WHEN I HAVE AN ANDROID PHONE, AN ANDROID TABLET, A WINDOWS COMPUTER AND A WINDOWS TABLET?

    JUST SO I GET YOUR SOFTWARE? (Which BTW IS GREAT!) Your tablet will break in the next 6 months and fixing it is a pain!
