The title of the post says that RM repair service sucks! I added to it that RM sucks by itself. The only good thing RM has is SOFTWARE AND ROUTING AND MAPPING! Contact whoever you want! I was expressing myself on a forum!
The divices RM sells BREAK too often and they are overpriced! If my phone would break in my truck as often as my RM GPS does I WOULD GO BACK TO SMOKE MESSAGES AS INDIANS! Just as I did with RM Devices!

I am not RM customer support.
I do not have access to their Ticket system.
I am in NC and RM is in IL.
I told the OP the latest info as of Sat. 8/29/2015
I told the OP that RM is in contact with UPS in tracing the item.
I told the OP that RM is the Point of Contact.
If the OP wishes the tracking number RM support can give it to them.
I do not want the OP to start calling UPS and getting upset with them over this issue.
Any trucker should know how to use an MCRA and route without the aid of electronic devices. What happens if your GPS, computer, or phone fails?
Trucks move with or without the aid of electronic devices. -

I think it's also pretty clear that management is on your side so don't really want to get into it with you. -
In a truck today there is more computer pwer than there was on the Appollo mission! Yes you should be able to read a map but at 500 $ a RM costs WE EXPECT SOME results! I am sure he contacted UPS and RM and so on....
RM SUCKS! THAT IS THE CONCLUSION IN MY OPINION! -
Class 8 trucks break all the time with the technology in them and they cost $80,000 and up, yet the freight keeps moving.
Stating issues from a product that you do not have now and did have 3 years ago does not bring any new light into why RM is a bad product. You had a product 3 years ago, you got rid of them, and then 3 years later decide to comment on it. Past history.
In the time the OP has msg'd and replied they could have called RM customer support. I do not have the answers they need and it is a RM customer support issue, which I stated that I do not work for RM customer support. -

UPS is tracking your item. IT is not RM's fault. RM does not control UPS nor FedEx nor any shipping company.
It is not an RM SCAM!!!!!! Call RM Customer support. Like I have told you several times, it is being looked at and RM is awaiting an answer back from UPS.
Call them. -
Again, you keep referring to a product you had 3 years ago and do not have anymore and you waited 3 years to make your comments.
Can we simply move on? -
