As I stated many many many times, call RM SUPPORT. In the course of the last 6 hours you could have done that and have gotten an answer from them.

I also stated on SAT that UPS is in the process of finding the item. So, if UPS is finding the item it must have a tracking number, but I am not giving it out as RM Support is the Point of Contact for this.

SO call RM Support.

 

That you came on this thread and said that a product that you had 3 years ago and got rid of 3 years ago and then waited 3 years to come on TTR to tell your thoughts?

You added no facts except a personal opinion.

 

That what boards are about .... Persona opinions and persona solutions! If RM does not know that good luck to them!
