Had a load going to Family Dollar DC in Morehead, KY today. The DC is about 2 miles off of I64 at exit 133. The TND tried to route me off at exit 123 and when I passed 123 it tried to route me to exit 137. I went ahead and got off at the 133 and it freaked out with the full screen weight limit nag. The highway is KY 801. When the nag first popped up I was right next to a truckstop btw. Also the nag continued for the mile and a half it took to drive to the Industrial Park Road where the DC is. Then after I turned onto the road, the nag stopped and it showed my destination .5 miles on the left, which was correct.

Forwarded it to RM... so they can look at mapping.

    Thanks,

Oh, does it still do the stupid full screen thing? I set mine to 60k and left it.

I thought about your comment for two days now. I think we have handled this issue on the next version. I could have you sign an NDA and give you a preview, but this would be restricting what you could say here. Kind of like putting a mouse with a snake and telling it do not eat the mouse.

But, if you are at MATS I think we could swing something.

I hope to met many of you there. If you do show up, bring your TND's with you inside and stop by the Rand Booth. We can look at your TND and if you are having issues try to resolve them.

I will be arriving Wednesday and if you are around you can contact me VIA E-mail.

You cannot miss my car... dash full of GPS's and a BIG sticker on the driver rear window.:biggrin_25520:

    Thanks,

Nah, I'm gonna be stuck up in NE/KS for the rest of the week trying to clear this yard out. This was supposed to be my weekend off but I'm playing around in the snow instead. Joy. That makes next weekend my off time so I'll be at the house while the show goes on.

If that happened though, as long as the NDA only covered what you wanted to show me, like a preview of what you guys did on just the next update, then I could honor that. The full one would probably be too binding.

I passed that onto RM. I think the NDA would cover all the new features from 1472 forward todate. Hard to pull out features to just show one.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Mark I emailed my TND logs to your address. It seems to be losing signal frequently when going south. I assume this is a software issue since it used to hold onto the GPS signal real well even when my other two GPS's would lose it until one of the last two updates.

I think this could be a Hardware issue... I saw nothing in your logs. I will forward your info to Rand support and they will be contacting you.

Will you be at MATS? if so I could exchange there.

    Thanks,
    Mark
