Jeff, i understand that issue... I am on a beta version and I saw it today.. I forwarded this to RM and hopefully they can spot the issue..
I left mine alone and about 5 miles down the road it re-found itself... so may be a direction off main route issue... I went up and down a lot of ramps today, and found it to be random in several units...
I will let you know more as I find out... thanks for finding and reporting this issue...
Thanks,
mark -
Hi Mark, thank you for your answer. The reason I posted my question here, is because the original poster posted his comment on this thread. I was trying to catch him for an answer. But I'm glad you answered me. I've been reading this thread for a few days now. The RM is looking very good and I am impressed at how hard you and everyone at RM is working to make it the best gps for trucks out there. Keep up the good work. Susan

In any case instead of covering it up just try changing the angle. I pointed my up. I could still read the screen but the brightness no longer is bothersome. I did have to change the angle quite a bit however.mrtrdrvr Thanks this. -
A via point should be a via point and not a stop. I think you said they are already working on that. I do not want to have to hit the screen to go onto my next stop if it is a via point and not a stop.
It would also be nice to be able to skip a stop or via point without re-planning the trip. I had set up a via point/stop and according to the gps I never reached it so it kept routing my back to that spot. I had already passed it however. If I could have just hit next stop or something it would have been a lot easier.
When you do get to a stop I would love to see the duty change options incorporated into the screen that pops up.
