    mark, same results for you. unit worked great out of the box, is there a way to reset back to factory original, then rerun updates?

    go back to main map screen... hit the cog in lower left... then cancel route if you are in a route.. then push the reset button on the back and then power the TND back up

    got my unit back on 1392 and did a poi search on Pembroke, Ny and I see the TA and the Flying J.

    ok, i did.... did poi search, pembroke, ny and still no travel centers or rest areas found

    as soon as I get your E-mail, I will send you my phone number. I take it you have the cable to connect the TND up to your laptop?

    If you hook your TND up to your computer, if autoplay or TND Dock pop up, close them out.

    open up a explore window and look for a drive labeled Intelliroute. If you click on that drive, you should see a Navi and RM folder. If you see NaviMaps or NaviVoices, then look at the other drive.

    double click on RM, you should see a Data and User folder.

    double click on the data folder, you should see, a resource folder and some files. One of the files is POI.db. how big is that file?
