Sorry for the delay. Was doing a 300 mile beta trip today...

It is navteq error. IL-56 is not restricted. RM will correct the mapping data.

    Thanks for this info.

I asked for some clarification on where the Dock stores the Backup files. I have an idea, but want to get actual location.

    Thanks,
    Mark

You will have to go to your control panel and find "Folder Options", then click on "show hidden files, folders or drivers"

Full backups from the TND Dock Backup button.

Hmm, there does not seem to be a truck legal route between Jefferson, Il and Mcdonough, GA according to the TND. The problem is at the end of the route, it almost gets there, but since the route line disappears when you zoom in I can't tell where it ends. Why does the routing line disappear when you zoom in close enough to see more than blank map? I thought the point of this thing was to be able to see where you are going.

I am kind of lost in what you are asking. When you put your route in.. did it give you a route or did it say no legal truck route found?

or when you were at your destiination and zoomed in the red route line disappeared making you think your route is no longer there therefore giving you the indication your route failed?

    Thanks,
    Mark

All the above. It found the route, said there wasn't a route, and I can see the line end a few miles from the destination but I can't see where since the line vanishes when I zoom in to where I can see roads. It reappears when I zoom out but then all the roads are gone since the zoom sucks.

It's 535 Macon Rd, Mcdonough, GA.

Oh wow. It was showing about 820 miles from the place I pulled out of and I had it recalculate from the ts about 7 miles away I had to stop at. Now it's tacked on 100 extra miles to the route.
