It sounds like he is on a lot of back roads that may not be STAA. Try putting your trailer length to 48' 96". And change the freeway setting to allow.

Contacted CS and they contacted the store. The first charge is an estimate until State sales tax can be figured out in the end process.

I have asked that this be looked at and a more visable means of showing what the charge is when you press the final button.
