Zion National Park is awesome. It will make you forget you're still on Earth. So will PBR if you drink enough of it c'mon!

Sorry. I couldn't help but join this Utah/beer thread.

Unfortunately, it isn't just the laws here in Utah. I don't want to get on a religion kick here, and as far as I'm concerned, whatever floats your boat, it isn't my business. However, the way that MOST of these Mormons think, just blows my mind. "IF you are LDS, you can do no wrong, but even if you do, you're already forgiven, as long as you pay your tithe."
In addition to the problems I already mentioned, the white collar crime in this state is just ridiculous. It is the "big con" capitol of the country. There are more scams started here than you'd imagine.

Oh it is! I live in Hurricane, close to Zion. Let me know when your headed my way, maybe, if the stars align right, and all are healthy enough in my house, we could meet somewhere for a cup.
The healthy part, is sort of on a day to day basis...

@Big Don I'll definitely let you know, the timeline is screwed up a little because we were supposed to go at the end of this month. Had to cancel because I'm moving and everyone knows what a pain in the Arse that can be! Let me know if you recommend any good places to stay as that's also up in the air. Thanks!

    Big Don Thanks this.

Camp if you can. Nothing like looking up at the Milky Way hanging out of the sky in 3D technicolor. Best sleeps I've ever had have been on a desert floor somewhere.

This will depend on where you want to spend the night. It'll still be quite busy at Zion for the next couple of months, barring bad weather. You probably should have an idea where you're going to want to stay, and get reservations made.
There are a number of events in St. George in the fall that attract lots of folks to the area.
An example is The Huntsman World Senior Games. I doubt you'd be able to get a reservation from October 1st through the 15th, anywhere in the St. George/ Hurricane area, even if you try today. You might be able to get a reservation in Springdale or Cedar City, during that time span.

I don't want to go to work tomorrow. LOL! Last week was a hard week same with the week before that, but good money, however I'm tired ha-ha! Actually Monday isn't a bad day, just the heat last week and I had a real heavy Wednesday, but it's alright. At any rate though pay check should be good. I have more money right now in the bank then I have ever had before and had two heavy weeks in a row which translates to heavy pay checks so I'm not complaining.

As my old man used to tell me, "Boy, get off your arse and get to work!" Of course then he always threw in why I didn't want to by saying, "Boy, if you're man enough to party and get ####-faced on a work night, then you're man enough to get off your arse and go to work!"

Well today was the usual hijinx and jacking around. Cut through the load though pretty good, but usual day at the office for sure nothing to really write home about you know how it goes.

    ask my dispatcher

Yes, today was another to desperately try to forget about. Had two Driver Collect deliveries. For major corporations, that DO NOT do driver collect. One was a recurring nightmare, so that one got fixed right away. The other was one that I seldom see. It took nearly 5 hours to fix, I HATE DRIVER COLLECT deliveries.
Worst part was, I was able to look at them, see who the receiver was and notify my dispatcher that this was wrong.
She, in her infinite wisdom said to deal with it on site.
So, the first delivery (had to be the 5 hr fix) I kept on the trailer, after notifying the receiver manager what was wrong. Of course he wanted to know why I was trying to collect. I explained that it was an interline mistake, that he needed to contact the original carrier/ Convince them to contact their interline carrier who would contact my dispatcher. 5 hrs later it was finished.
As I was about to vacate the city limits after finishing the rest of my drops and picks. But, at last, all drops were finished, and the company will be paid for each of them. Without having to trying dropping them for a second time.

Mike2633 and Big Don Thank this.
