Random LTL Rants (all are welcomed)

My brother has a friend who is a firefighter and I guess one day my brother and his girlfriend Karl's and all went over to my brothers friends house and Karl's says to my mom "Well Tom's friend Dave has a nice place, but I can tell, it was decorated by a man."

This grocery hauling gig I just started actually requires work so tell my bride to start buying lotto tickets lol

 

Long day today and tomorrows already lost before it even began the route is some pieced together mess, it's going to be another fun one (what a mess) temp routes in bad strange sequence and kind of out of zone, stuff's going to be late tomorrow no doubt about it, they performed some kind of goofy goof move.

Anyhow in other goofy goof news, I put in an offer on the house, the offer was then countered today for more money then I am willing to pay, so I countered there counter offer and now here I sit, I don't really care, because I'm not in a big hurry to spend 90% of all the money I have in the world, so that's how that goes, but will make it alright.

The real-estate agent representing the seller was insulted at my offer, but I really don't care, I've never been one to sing the praises of real-estate agents.


So I countered there counter, I came up $15,000 actually though there counter offer did have them coming down $20,000 so, will see what happens. The guy representing me thinks we can meet in the middle somewhere, the woman representing the sellers is a B-Word, but that doesn't matter I don't care about her or her ego, they have been sitting on this house for 2 months haven't sold it and the reason is there to expensive and they know there high, they don't want to admit it, but they know there high, so that's how that goes.

 

Christ I didn't know grocery haulers worked this hard lol.
Last 2 days would make cow hauler dam near proud .

 

but if you were selling your house you'd want her to be your broker. its her job to get the most money for her I mean the home owner

 

At my last goofy temp stop of the morning waiting 1/2 hour for them to get here, days pretty much thrown off course freezer is over loaded and stuffed to the gills.

Side step on the trailer doesn't work either so that all ads to the fun.
