Yes speaking of back on topic, today was lost before it even began it was a day I knew there would be no winning involved only losing the question is how much losing?

Well, there was plenty of losing, however it wasn't quite a blow out, well what happened was I had 2 off route stops that really didn't fit well on the truck from a geography stand point and that put a real big monkey wrench into things, caused me to be late and the question wasn't if I was going to lose, I knew I was going to lose I just didn't know where.

Anyhow get to my first school, lots to busy for me I go to another one dig them out and do them, okay go back to first school still to busy with kids being dropped off so I circled the block and went back and got in there, then left there to go to another school, got them done and then left there to go to another school.

Got to that school got them done then went to crank the truck and CROAK goes the starter motor that was in running late, however I wasn't as late as I thought, but still, the starter motor just took a dump.

So that was a fiasco boss and assistant boss brought a truck out to me and we faught with my truck for an hour or two getting it aired up finally the breaks released and we did a pull start and I got the truck they brought out.

I think they had a road service call put on my truck I hope because if they didn't I don't know what I am driving tomorrow.

Dutch Maid of Willard, Ohio has an account in Solon, Ohio I think they do one of the cold storage warehouses and they also probably do some work for Nestle, for all of you who do not know Nestle actually has two very large plants in Cleveland, on the west side near me there is Nestle Minors and the east side in Solon there is the Stouffers plant and then Nestle has some headquarters buildings across the street from the Souffers plant.

Anyhow, Dutch Maid would regularly have there yard dog driving down Harper Chocran Road shuttling trailers about and there yard dog for what ever account it was, was road legal it had license plates and everything.

Pittsburgh, Paint and Glass also has a couple plants in Cleveland one in Strongsville and one in Cleveland off West 150th street and Lorain Road and there yard dog was also street legal.

Nice little house there, Mike. Good luck with it, and don't worry about the feelings of the real estate agent or the sellers, beyond being professionally polite. It's a buyer's market in many places, especially if you've got financing set before going into negotiations. Definitely get a reputable outfit to do a thorough home inspection, though, and make any deals based on the outcome of the inspection. Getting stung with something you find after all the ink is dry is quite an unpleasant experience.

I was able to get the sellers down $25,000 so I figured that was also pretty good!

Excellent work! When's the housewarming? :-D

I'm hoping to buy a home in 3-5 years from now, shooting for a sizable cash down payment to kick things off. Possibly in a position to make an offer on the house I'm renting now, since landlord is a family friend. Miss the Buckeye, but can't get the wife out of NY with a tow rope and a Cat motor :-/

I'll tell you what J the thing that makes me uneasy is the fact that I can't get a straight answer from anyone on what closing costs are going to be. They want me to be closed by the end of the month on this house, so end of the month, I guess LOL! House Inspection is on Saturday at 10:30am.
