Random LTL Rants (all are welcomed)

I used to pull a couple of old CF pups when I was back in Portland with Peninsula. Air and pigtail connections were in the very middle and the landing gear crank was on the passenger side. They had a kind of rustic, old timey charm to them.

 

With FXG you went to a lot of stores girls work at where as city p/d with us you go to mostly receiving areas, no girls wants to do that...

 

For the most part, I agree with you. OTOH, once in a while you get an oddball delivery where you end up in an office building or some such. That may have some "scenery." Or a home delivery.

 

At FedEx Express all I did was small and big businesses. Most were were office buildings and some Disneyland. Pickups were sometimes bulk items but mostly the same old offices and there were some hot women in those places. Only good thing about the job!!!

forgot to add. fedex also swarms a area freight / ground / express. Bunch of purple folks in a square mile. The ratio of women is their favor.

any given day at this one location I do, 5 fedex to me. this is a 29 door warehouse LMAO

Heres a couple. Job sites with a dozen different companies that don't have a clue who your delivery is supposed to go to. Having to move from door #1 to door #2 because door # 1 is for shipping only and will not receive through it.

 

Maybe by where you guys are but in my area its all stuck up rich spoiled snotty beetchs.
