Hahaha warehouse balance sheet has to be a mess. I don't really know what kind of house of cards has been built. Warehouse driver shortages they have been having a real hard time finding drivers for the warehouse. They have tried a lot of recruiting tactics for warehouse drivers but nothing's sticking. Old Dominion is just killing everyone right now which is good by the way I'm all for these companies having to compete with each other. It keeps management on edge.

We're going through a rough patch right now and it'll never end its the new normal.

They're all over the Thruway in the dark, but since their cars are dark blue you won't catch them unless you paint them with your headlights. Go down through in the daylight and you can see a lot of their hiding places in the center median.

Don't ever think they're not there...they have their own troop specifically dedicated to the Thruway, and barracks every so many exits along the way.

I see them everyday on my way to work, not thruway though. They find some good hiding spots :biggrin_2559:

Well its not a ltl rant but my company played a part in setting a world record in ohio nonetheless. Longest land based well drilled 27XXX down off exit 186 off i70.

Eclipse Breaks Record Again – New Longest Shale Well in World! there ya go ohio. There skidding it over 15ft and going for another world record.

Oh somewhat on topic i have my interview with new penn tomorrow

Boy, nearly a 4-mile lateral... trying to hit another company's gas pocket are they? :) I did a very small amount of work for Eclipse out there, but we were way down in the sticks by the river, around Powhatan Point area.

Good luck in the interview, what barn are you looking at working out of for New Penn?

Here's something to scare you pallet jackers. I already put away 30 cases on the racks. Had 50 more cases to stuff in there. Should of took a pic when I finished it had my touch of F it it's going where I feel like. Key drop so I had to put it up. I'll get mad at the moment then think to myself their gonna pay me X amount to this. Oh well F it. This is total customer taking advantage of us. They know they can't fit it but know we will put it away. When they built these places they had no idea that so many people live off fast food and the demand would be overwhelming. Cheap ### PH. Bigger freezers please. I would imagine all pizza places are like this. I know majority of PH are like this. Not all but most. I bet the kid that open that freezer was like FML.

I know I'm crazy to leave my Linehaul gig but I'm liking this FS. It's more organized then when I was at US Foods. I also wanted the workout while getting paid. If you want to appreciate your FS job go to US Foods first every thing after that is easier. Also I'm not as wiped out on my days off. For some reason driving all night wiped me out on Linehaul maybe it was company moral wearing on me. Didn't realize how much that really affects people and myself. I feel a lot more proud working here even though it's Foodservice. Way better moral the Reddaway that's for sure.

As for Extraboard. Honestly this extraboard has more shuttles and we are getting more cause of the merger of MBM in SLC under one roof there now. So I'm not unloading every run. I worked a lot harder at US Foods on their extraboard. A lot of layover runs here so really you are unloading 2-3 trailers a week some are over the course of 2 days which is really easy. You can unload a trailer every night here on the locals but I'm not really interested in that. A lot of senior drivers run those cause it's 100k+ a year 4 day work week. A lot of work but rewarded well. So I don't have to really worry about getting stuck on that.

Got a 580 mile shuttle run tonight. So that's a day off to me being from LH especially when's it's just a single 48" trailer vs rocky sets.
