So today's route was a nice light one ha-ha 1016 cases plus yesterdays day which also morphed into today it was like both days ran together. When ever I figure out how to enter Monday in, the pay checks for next week will be pretty big!

My bosses worked a 24 hour shift they never went home this morning when I came back from I'll call it my break my boss was out in the yard cranking down the landing gear on a trailer and he said I said to him, have you guys been here this entire time? He said yep working in the yard.

He goes, what are you doing here right now? I said "I got route XXXX, he looked at me with this look like "Ahh crap, that's a big one and we can't let it sit." Then we had a small conversation and I headed to my first stop 4800lbs ha-ha.

At least your bosses are ready to jump in and git 'er done. We need far more of that attitude in most of America's upper management.

Exactly what I was thinking, @Mike2633 .... he beat me to it... (dang ya, GJP .. LoL..) My boss actually does drive... and our mechanic does, on the need to. Dispatcher (boss' wife) can and has on occasion. Small barn, yeah, but still. We stay on the same page when we all know what the other goes through.

I've actually worked many weekends in the winters, as a mechanic, for extra money when asphalt is slow, for our company. It proliferates our mutual respect for one another; hope you are getting that, Mike!!

Get some sleep... I'm like 9 min's and counting myself to zzzz time; they're running us ragged, too. Asphalt season started out, and we are playing catch up before winter. Too many 16's in a week, LoL.

    Be safe, ttys!

My boss he and the other boss ran the first set to the warehouse. When we were at the warehouse hooking up our sets to take back, my other boss says to me Mike don't leave me I've never pulled doubles before I want to make sure I'm doing this right. The two assistant bosses neither one of them ever pulled doubles before until yesterday. The one went "Oh man, looking out that mirror and seeing that second trailer way back there, that's a different story then what I'm used to."

My main boss he aint scared of anything he worked for CCX in the early 2000s back when they actually were CCX and he had jumped in with both feet.

    Hey @Mike2633 -

Did the Springfield DC have problems too, or just Pittsburgh? I saw one of the cargo vans at a stop with one of your trucks this morning near our Dayton terminal.

I'm not sure I don't really know, were not cued into there system so I don't really get to much Intel on them, there system at that warehouse is different then ours, however they run better then we do and have a lot less trouble. @ZachG91 could tell you though.
