Random LTL Rants (all are welcomed)

Yesterday I had 1049 cases today I had 749 and Monday I had 577 cases.

 

Big truck and a 4 wheeler. Two Lifeline helicopters. The Leo's working traffic eventually had trucks just past the exit turning in the lanes and going wrong way up the on ramp to detour.

 

Who needs Planet Fitness?!?!?

 

Eat enough of what I call Million Calorie Mac and Cheese and you might!

I should not be looking at that before I've had breakfast. Now I want to skip straight to dinner. Screw it, I'll just go get a coffee...

 

starting out on the docks, didn't realize what a mad house it would be. then again my terminal is operating at max capacity and gets congested .

also stripping a trailer with a pallet jack is slow and usually sucks. takes me a couple hours to strip an inbound trailer, usually 25-30 bills on average

 

Chicken
Bacon
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Penne Pasta Noodles
Heavy Whipping Cream
Parmesan Cheese
Romano Cheese

Cook Bacon in oven till crispy and then drain bacon grease.

Cook Chicken I cooked the chicken in a pan and coated it with bread crumbs.

When chicken and bacon are cooked, set them to the side and slice and dice them into pieces.

Then take Penne noodles and cook those in a regular pot of hot water. THen drain pot of hot water and let noodles drain.

Then in a big pan take chicken bacon and get them cooking. Then pour in heavy whipping cream and ad cheeses from list above also add noodles and stir it all around until nice and thick if you ad to much cream no biggie just ad more cheese.
