    Anybody else’s company outsource billing?

I had a skid of tile today with a address on the packing list oustside my jurisdiction, but the DR had a different one.

    Something definitely fishy here...:argue:

I get to the address on my paperwork and find them out of business. Turns out, the packing list address is the right one.

What happens is these knuckleheads in whatever turd world cesspool we outsource our billing to will punch in the first 2 or 3 digits of the address and hit the first out of however many options pop up. :biggrin_25516:

That happened to me about 8 years ago. No air leak, no sign that anything was going wrong, I just happened to look back as a truck was passing me and saw smoke in his headlights. When I stopped, the axle was in flames. Just managed to put it out.

I HATE the Pepsi plant in Salisbury. They’re obnoxious, hard to get to, and stop receiving at 1:00 PM. :biggrin_25510:

Sitting broke down in Effingham. Dash lit up like a Christmas tree and shutdown warning came on as I started blowing white smoke out the exhaust. I limped it into the Pilot and now I'm waiting for Breakdown to call me back and tell me it will be a few hours before I can be attended to. Boo. I hate these DPF systems.

Ahhhh, just got the classic response. "Power it down for 30-40 minutes and see what that does." Apparently this is a recurring issue with '17 and '18 Freightliners.

Edit: Turned truck back on after proscribed amount of time. No faults displayed, truck runs just like normal. Apparently it just had a little indigestion. It's still a turd, but at least it's a fast one.

    Freightliner.....................

This little light of mine........I'm going to let it shine

Seriously, every driver of a freightliner needs some duct tape

to put over the little engine warning light.
