So stuff the guy in an oil drum and chuck him in the bay next to Jimmy Hoffa. Problem solved. ;)

Just when I think I'm having a bad day, somebody else has a worse one. My meet guy yesterday was stuck for hours behind a wreck, and when he finally gets through he gets pulled over for a DOT inspection within sight of the front gate.

Alright, if your last stop being the first thing to get loaded is an 8 skid order, why would some idiot put 5 on one side and 3 on the other??? :?

I'm guessing a 2nd dockworker started helping load your peddle trailer and put a skid in the 8th spot before the first guy could bring the 8th skid of that bill to the trailer. Instead of juggling those two skids to make it even, he just dropped it on the one side. He knew you'd be cool with that.

Or, he's sick of being called stupid on a trucking forum so he continues to retaliate against you on a daily basis by loading your trailer in such a way as to aggravate your OCD issues.

I used to get Eveready batteries on the floor of a 45 ft trailer. But they were on boards when I left. If I remember right their were about 3500 cases to a load. No wonder my back hurts. You kiddies got it easy !!

How do they get properly secured when they are floor loaded?

A loader with a grudge can be a driver's worst nightmare. I've been on both sides of that fence. I can work well with most folks, but there's always that one guy...
