Sounds like you're working for FXF

Lately they have been sending me for a swap that's at least 45 minutes away while the drivers below me get to go to Walmart DC and Johnson&Johnson that's less than 10 minutes away. I don't mind those swaps, but sometimes it's not to finish a little early instead of 10 pm everyday.

The other day I went to Philips lighting for a live load, I got there at 6:15pm and didn't leave till 9:20. When I arrived in the yard I only had 20 minutes available to drive.

 

Yep. Go ahead and run me all day long in a truck, I can’t flipping stand working the dock.

 

Dock work isn't that bad I had to load my pup today before I could leave the yard.

 

It took almost 1hr to unload 1 skid at amazon today. What a dog and pony show

 

Trick is to tell them you’ll pull it off for them. Then they don’t have to go thru all the safety stuff. At least they’ll let us do that here. I’m sure all are probably different.

 

I asked and they told me no. They had to take a picture as well.

 

Seriously? TWO jackstands??

 

Software people are often clueless about hardware.

 

Two jack stands for that pup, and no jack stands for the other two trailers in the pic. Gotta love bureaucracies.
